Semolina pudding 


  • 0.5 l milk (cow milk or almond milk) 
  • 5 tablespoons semolina Čakovečki mlinovi 
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey 
  • a pinch of salt 
  • a tablespoon of butter 
  • vanilla 
  • cinnamon 


Heat the milk close to a boil, reduce the heat and slowly pour the semolina into the milk, stirring constantly with a whisk to avoid lumps. Continue to cook for five minutes, stirring constantly until it starts to boil. 

Add salt, sugar or honey, vanilla and cinnamon. When the semolina thickens, remove it from the heat and stir in a tablespoon of butter. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with fruit of your choice or jam, nuts, cocoa or grated chocolate. Bon appétit!
