First mix all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt and a dash of pepper), then everything else (fresh cheese, milk, oil and two egg whites, leave the egg yolks for coating). After kneading the dough, roll it out as thin as you can and cut into narrow long triangles. After you have coiled them, arrange them on a butter-coated pan. Add melted butter and a little milk to the remaining egg yolks and coat the rolls. After that, sprinkle them with sesame, coarse salt and pepper as desired. Bake at 180°C until browned, about 25 minutes.
