Description
The baked product is oblong in shape (loaf), golden brown crust; on the upper surface of the crust there are two slashes (700 g) or no slashes (500 g, 800 g and 1000 g) depending on the mass of the baked product. The bread has a good volume, the middle is porous and soft to the touch. The taste and smell of bread are pleasant and aromatic, a staple of wheat bread. The bread retains its freshness well.
