Homemade salted pastry

The baked pastry is shaped like a rood, with a good volume and a light brown colour of the crust, which is streaked with white traces of a salted coating. The middle of the pastry is white, finely porous, soft and fresh. To the touch, the pastry is spongy and the crust elastic. When eaten, the pastry is characterized by fullness of taste and a pleasant smell.
