Corn flour 

Opis

Corn flour is obtained from parts of the endosperm of corn, which is removed from the germ before processing, thus achieving a low fat content: it contains only 1 to 1.5% fat. Due to its good nutritional value, it is an ideal ingredient in a healthy diet, which is why it is increasingly in demand. It is widely used in the preparation of traditional and modern dishes: bread, pastries, tortillas...
