The upper part of the crust has an embossed structure of rattan baskets sprinkled with flour and forms a visually attractive contrast between the light and dark areas. The volume of the bread is adequate and corresponds to the declared weight. The middle of the bread is compact, spongy, uniformly porous, soft and aromatic, and extremely fresh to the touch.
