Purpose-made flour with ideal baking properties suitable for making fine thin dough for burek. It is also suitable for making various sweet and salty rolls.
It contains a minimum of 29% gluten because only flour with a significant gluten content of excellent stretch and good strength and elasticity is selected for the production of this flour.
